Various Solutions
Our CNC Pipe Bender is capable of bending not only pipe and tube, but also square and rectangle hollow sectionals. Our machine’s programming system features a 3D visual display and feasibility analysis of programs, and allows us to store and recall programs, great for repeat or bulk orders, while anti- collision features ensure material does not impact against the machine or ground. The increased capabilities of our CNC machine enable us to achieve complex shapes with improved accuracy and greater efficiency on a wider range of material sizes. We can bend mild steel pipe with a maximum OD of ø76.1 with a 6.8mm wall thickness, and stainless pipe maximum OD of ø76.2 with a 3.8mm wall thickness, while SHS bending is possible up to 63.5mm x 63.5mm x 5.6mm and RHS 70mm x 50mm x 6mm.
