At Allmet, our blasting operations are conducted within a purpose-built 12 m x 7 m blast booth, designed for efficiency, safety, and environmental control. We utilise high-quality steel shot as our abrasive media, delivering consistent and effective surface preparation results.
To maximise sustainability and cost-efficiency, our system features an advanced recycling process that captures, and reuses the steel shot multiple times. This closed-loop system minimises waste while maintaining optimal performance, with media only replaced once it reaches the end of its service life.
